It's almost always long-sleeve weather upcountry at the Lodge. Even if you are in a bathing suit down at Manele Bay, you'll feel somewhat chilly at the Lodge. We typically take light jackets or sweaters along. The Lodge does not feel/look like what you expect Hawaii to be; however, it's a great property.
