By the way, I never got a reply from CX about my broken baggage, I know Guy told me to stay at the terminal until I find a CX staff. However, usually there's only ONE CX ground staff whenever I arrive at JFK T7 and that day he/she was nowhere to be found. This is sickening for such a major long-haul port for CX.
Broken luggage at JFK is pretty common as I always fly out with CX every month. Do you just hate it when your luggage comes out smushed even if its tagged fragile?!
