Hmmm. One of oft-repeated tripadvisor praises is how PERSONAL the service is: how a specifically-named fabulous employee is always taking great care of them, remembering their every need.

I guess you haven't found one of those employees yet. Perhaps you should go looking for that "Danny Figueroa" guy -- after you've chatted with Dawn Glass.
