I can't detect it myself, but in theory, the rows after 41 COULD be angled a little bit OUTWARDS, not inward, so that they continue to be perpendicular to the wall/windows. So, if the pitch remains for the C or J seats, then there COULD be a fraction more space for B and K, and even more at the window.
Again, I cannot detect it myself.
On the other hand, shoulder room for the window seat can be decreased a bit due to the narrower fuselage. And the aisle is a bit narrower, which ACTUALLY is observable for the last few rows around 41-43.
