You didn't mention wether you are in Business or Economy but in any case, all but one of the 747's are refurbished with AVOD, new seats and such. I have never been able to predict in advance when I will get the non refurbished one. It's totally luck of the draw AFIK and you don't find out until you get on the plane. But the odds are in your favor anyway.
