Southwest will not convert existing credits already in your account to points. Credits earned prior to 1 March 2011 but positing to your account on/after 1 March 2011 will post as points at the rate of 1 credit posts as 1200 points. Anything earned on or after 1 March 2011 will post to your account as points not credits.
