Mine cost the grand total of €90 and that was because I needed 24hr delivery. (N.B. I didn't get mine for travel to Israel, rather because I needed to surrender my passport to an embassy to have a visa issued and I needed to travel whilst it was being processed. This to NL is another valid reason to get a secondary passport and requires only a statement from your employer that you need a passport to travel whilst a visa is being applied for).

Edit to add: the link shows that it's only $110.00 one too many 1s there.
