Sorry but we aren't allowed to give out any information unless your child is traveling as an unaccompanied minor and your name is in the record as the parent picking up the child. It's for the safety of the traveler.

At no time should the agent give you a "wink".

Case in point: I had a woman fleeing her husband arrive at the airport to discover that her reservations had been canceled by her husband. She had used her card, but it was his account, and the reservation agent thought it was ok to give the husband his wife's travel information.

I had to call the airport police to guard her, from her husband, until she boarded her flight. The potential harm was huge to this woman, all because some agent gave the husband a "wink".
