Seattle to Toulouse is available outbound 6th Sep returning pretty much when you want in Economy.

Vancouver is pretty much the same for Economy, but it also looks like you could get WT+ if you are a bit flexible on the return.

If you can be a bit more flexible with dates and a trip down to LA there is space in Club there and back (you'd probably have to come back October to make it work...)
