[RANT]I would argue that the passenger's ticket was issued under an F fare, although payment was in miles not in cash. I believe that refusing to allow advance seat reservation to these passengers is just as unfair as denying access to the CCR would be.
The passenger holds a first class ticket and paid an F fare, so they should get advance seating free of charge no matter what cabin they are booked in.[/RANT]
