I know that they won't make flight changes over the phone without charge, but what is your (anyone's) experience at the airport? I'm not travelling on a fully flexible fare JFK-CDG in Affaires, but would like to try to get on an earlier flight. What are the odds that an airport agent will move me to an earlier flight (assuming that Affaires is available) if I arrive at the airport in advance of that flight?
