I booked on Southwest's web site on January 23, 2011. I still have a printout of the confirmation page. At the bottom of the page (in the footer) it starts out with https://www.southwest.com/reservations (etc, etc.) and also at the bottom of the page is the date of the reservation.

Its got the Southwest.com logo at the top of the page, as well as "Southwest Airlines - Purchase Confirmation" in the top-of-the-page header.

I faxed all of that to Avis as well. If it was an error on Southwest's part, in terms of programming the web page, I think they should stand behind the offer and give me the 2 extra RR credits.

You'd think this would have already been identified as a problem. I am sure I am not the only one that tracks his expected credits vs. those actually received!
