Hopefully we never get to a point when everyone is allowed to use cell phones on planes. I don't think airlines want to manage cell phone / no-cell phone zones either.

I was more surprised that he just casually grabbed his phone and made a call. When crossing the border, or on a plane, if I'm told to do something, I generally do it.
