Maybe, rather than limit the number of characters, they should let you use the type point size that they use on all their W in-room materials. You could write a book in the same amount of space -- AND they'd get to see how much fun it is to try to read all of that 4 point type (though for the full W experience, they'd also have to turn off all the lights). </font>
