I received and completed this survey last night. The last question is an open-ended one, something like, "please give us any additional suggestions or comments that you would like to share with us." I did & wrote out several. Clicked "submit" which came back with an error message that said my comments in this field must be limited to 100 CHARACTERS. I guess they want your additional comments to be short & sweet. I don't think I can say anything in 100 characters!

Maybe, rather than limit the number of characters, they should let you use the type point size that they use on all their W in-room materials. You could write a book in the same amount of space -- AND they'd get to see how much fun it is to try to read all of that 4 point type (though for the full W experience, they'd also have to turn off all the lights).
