Club World questions including Sleeper Service

Hi all,
I'll have next month my first CW flight, and i would like to ask some things.

My flight is JFK-LHR BA114 on the 27th of March and has Sleeper Service, my intention is to use this service instead of eating on board as i have heard many times dissatisfaction about the catering (I assume will be better on the lounge), is this correct or i should dine on board? Can you tell me how much earlier i should be at the airport for this?

Another thing is if i should wake up for breakfast, I have only tried the UK domestic breakfast which was bad.. very bad, maybe the worst thing i have ever eat. OK the CW product must be better but i would like a confirmation about that. The flight is sort to waste my sleeping time and on the 28th I have another 2 flights (another 5 hours both of them).

My seat is 62A which I think is the best so no problems with that, If someone can give me any advice about JFK i would be grateful as i have never been there.

Many of you have said on the past that you wouldn't even accept an op-up to First if you had a decent CW upper deck seat, actually i was thinking to buy one at the airport (if available and at a good price, 300pounds) and only in the case that the aircraft was fitted with the New First, i should add here that only 7 seats are available at First so not very possible a decent offer for proactive upgrade (i am talking on the check in desc as my ticket has many flights and MMB is useless) , on the same time UD is empty with only 3 seats reserved (including me).
