No doubt. But historically, DHS and TSA haven't let the Constitution get in their way.
They've trashed the
First,
First,
Second(?),
Fourth,
Fifth,
Sixth,
Eighth(?),
Ninth and
Tenth Amendments. Clearly they're looking to collect the whole set.
