figured I'd try to reactivate this post - as I have pretty much the exact same question regarding this agency and I only found posts/threads dating back to 2004-2007:

Does anyone have any recent experiences with this agency? Is this almost 50% off business and first fares really happening from time to time or is it just an ad to get people to send inquiries?
