SeatGuru is wrong, once again. 54ABC and 54HJK are actually exit row seats, just like 31ABC and 31HJK. You will have no problem entering or exiting the seats, and there is plenty of legroom due to the exit row. IIRC the exit row slide takes up some of 54A and 54K's legroom, 54BC and 54HJ would be the best bet.
