I stayed on this rate a few weeks ago in the Courtyard LBJ Dallas. In my case I received the bonus bucks and voucher upon checkout.

The movie voucher requires you to go online and enter a code from the card they give you at the hotel. A day or so later you receive a different code via e-mail that you use to get your ticket online through fandango. I haven't redeemed the code yet, so I don't know how that part works, other than the theatre you use it at has to be one that is affiliated with fandango.
