I was looking at Seat Guru to try to figure out which are the best seats for international travel with an infant:

It looks like the bulkhead (row 32), the rows behind an exit door (if there is a large open space there -- row 46) and some of the last rows in the plane (where the plane narrows and there are just two seats together by the window instead of three -- rows 59-61) might be best. Questions: (1) if you are in that row behind an exit area (row 46 in this diagram), can your child play or sleep on the floor at your feet or is that considered to be blocking the exit? (2) if you are those last rows where there are just two seats (rows 59-61) is there room for your child to play/sleep next to you, by the window?
