Not quite at Disney, but a short drive from it is the Sheraton Vistana Village (not the S.V. Resort). Quite new and very comfortable with condominium like rooms. We stayed there twice: 2 adults + 4 kids and 4 adults + 4 kids - still very confortable.

You can usually sign up for a "talk" on time-shares for some points.
