With DM, FO is meaningless. The poor FO newbies think they are getting someting and they are no. Just have GM, PM, and DM.
While I agree FO can probably go away, I disagree with the rest. I don't think any FO thinks they're getting much of anything, but being able to pick exit rows is a good deal. And I don't really count on much as a GM other than the sweet SDC.
