Did either of you who checked in yesterday even ask if an upgrade to a standard suite was available? I ALWAYS ask and half the time they change my room to a suite. Last time this happened was at the W Foshay in Minneapolis. Only failure to garner a suite at a W has been at the W San Francisco and W New York Downtown.
