Return of an SWU - due to missing a confirmed upgrade on a domestic flight after an International flight that the SWU worked on.

Reason: All flights delayed, some by hours, boarding a plane without a crew and had to deplane and wait on the jetway.

Didn't actually expect that much and I only sent them 1 email just outlining what happened, not asking for anything.

Would have been happier with an e-cert, but I'm happy with what I received.
