Actually, there is a power outlet on the wall at 1A on the 319's (at least, on the west fleet). It's a standard 110V North American sized outlet. It's used to plug in vaccums, etc during aircraft grooming but it's also active during flight.
I haven't been able to locate one on the 320's.
