I was going to switch to another engine but I didn't find any other engine where I can be sure my Preferred Guest number makes it across in the right field and the hotel sees it. Others recommended calling the hotel to add it afterwards, but that's too much work (not that the SPG site isn't work too). So I'm between a rock and hard place.
