The actual routing I am looking at is something like this:

YVR - FRA - DME (stop) - SIN (turn)
SIN - MLE - VIE - DME (stop) - FRA - YVR

It fits under MPM.

MLE - VIE is weekly.

My logic is, if MLE is not considered a stop-over, but just a connection, then it should not cost me the high zone miles.
