I have stayed at the Westin a couple of times since the amenity card was introduced(august I think).
I have NEVER been offered the amenity card. The second time I asked for it and the girl at the desk said(oh yes here it is!)
maybe they are told not to offer.
I always get offered the card amenity at Four Points and Sheraton on the park so its not a Sydney thing.
