Can someone verify if this is true...one of the reasons I'm reluctant to try Android is inability to turn off data and roaming?
I'm interested in hearing the answer. I haven't put a sim into the phone yet and it is fully functional except for voice/text (unlike the bb which is really limited). At this point, I'm considering pulling the Sim Card from the phone and bringing it for web email access. I'll put the sim card in a cheap-o phone for phone/text while away.
