I used to consider them at par with Hertz. Now they act like a discount rental agency, and I'm only renting from them in the off chance they'll actually honor the 1,000 mile promotion. I've rented from them four times in the last month and all I've received thus far is 50 miles.

Last time I went, they gave me a GPS and it was only once I started driving that I realized the GPS needs a PIN number, which they conveniently forgot to furnish.
Time before that, the car had 35,000 miles on it and smelled like a rat mausoleum.
