no points for me, but i didn't book Bora Bora. Meanwhile, I'm still waiting for 5000 points from my 3 night Sheraton stay(5K promo for 3 nights), as well as the NY Triple Play bonus. My stay ended 2 weeks ago, yet SPG tells me I have to wait 7-30 days for the credit before they can look into it.

I really am getting tired following up for missing credits, bonuses, plat. amenities, etc. If it wasn't for my type-A personality's watchful eye, I'd probably have lost out on many points over the years that didn't post.

To be fair, SPG customer service has always been good about applying the credits once I bring them to their attention.
