I'm sure this flight is *available* as an AA code share, but the $53 one way is an
IB codeshare operated by British Airways. The EXP desk investigated for over 20 minutes, and determined its the 30% number.
Had I known this, I may not have taken advantage. It's great cpm-but 30% sucks.

I would suspect the page HNL quoted is what it should be. Both in my own experience with IB code on AA and also what would be required to make the ATI anything of value to the passenger.
I agree the wording on the AAdvantage page tells you you will not earn more than 30% but I'd be willing to bet you in deed will earn 100%.
