Thanks for the response. Indeed i do rent from one location, and they give me excellent service, everything is ready, and i always get a free upgrade. Always. I guess my real question is given my large amount of Hertz business (at this one location), i should be able to get some benefit if/when i do a one-off casual rental at another location. Right now, i don't, since i don't have any such "status".

In fact, i don't even know if the points you mentioned which i am missing out on - have any value to me. I am so wrapped up worrying about my SPG status that i may be missing out Hertz status!
