My upgrades in Asia are hovering in the 90 percentile. I mostly stay at one property and have been consistently upgraded to a suite and occasionally the 2nd best suite in the whole property. The only places I didn't get upgraded are properties who don't really adhere fully to the SPG program (Miyako Tokyo), are stingy (Sheraton HK) or just well known for not upgrading plats maybe due to good business (LM Shanghai).
