If you've been working exclusively through reservations, you might try e-mailing customer relations to let them know that you have a persistent problem and that you need to have it corrected. Tell what you've tried to do to get the issue resolved, and beg for someone to shepherd your problem through to resolution. Having reservations agents or internet help desk agents theorize about middle names, and other improperly placed data points doesn't seem like it's going to get you to resolution.
