Does anyone know where to complain about missing miles after requesting them via the website?

My wife and I flew LHR - GRU - SCL - GRU - IGU - GRU - LHR with TAM which should have given us around 16k miles, we know our Aeroplan numbers were in but got no credits. We went on the aeroplan site and requested credits, some segments were credited but not all, and some were not credited as status segments.
I've written to the aeroplan centre twice sending copies of all the boarding passes etc, but still no response, I'm really miffed because the miles should get us system wide upgrades. I don't know who to complain to in order to get some action has anyone else had this problem and suceeded?
