You should be fine arriving at HKG ninety minutes prior to departure. In addition, I'm assuming that any luggage will already be checked through to your final destination and you'll have your BP before you leave the airport, so you'll really be fine. Considering you have the eChannel thing, you'd be fine with sixty minutes before departure.
