Indeed i'm not an american native. I just dont get the limiter thing because here in europe unless its a truck or company vehicle we dont really have a speed limiter as such. I mean yes we have 155mph limits on some cars but generally we dont have the decision made for us regarding how fast the nanny allows us to go or what max mph our speedometer should read. If we break the law by exceeding the speed limit its a decision we make and one we pay for. Yep 1200cc 4cyl cars are unheard of over there for now but with the 1600cc ford fiesta becoming available in the US it looks like america is changing. Also i have driven all over the US and it seems nobody sticks to the speed limits! Maybe thats why limiters are needed!
Georgia is not fun to go speeding in. I have to be very careful crossing in from Florida, and around Atlanta it is just bad news to go too fast. I got pulled over doing 95 just inside the GA border once, my English licence and innocent face got me out of a ticket. That or I got lucky
