I think I may have given the wrong impression there...
They aren't using walkers & canes, or anything LOL
Healthy mid 70's and certainly capable of opening an exit door if required.
I have been on long flights with them before, and they get stiff sitting for long periods, they like to stretch legs, and get up frequently. Dad is also over 6'
I thought if there was enough room to maybe even stand in front of the seat for a few moments, out of the way of the aisle?
I understand the 777 is much better value for the money, but unfortunately it is a 763 both ways to Zurich.
I am getting the impression that there is more room in the bulkhead seats in row 12 than the exit row 19.
Would they be a better choice even though the arm rests are immovable?
For that matter do we know for sure they move in the exit row 19?
I am more than happy to buy them these upgraded seats if there is a measurable difference in comfort.
However I hate to throw hard earned money away as a cash grab to A/C if there really is little difference.
I am still unsure if it's worthwhile, and if so, bulkhead or exit row.
Any other opinions?
