If this was a 777, then I would say 100% absolutely for the bulkhead (beloved 18AB, 18JK). For the 767, it's not as value added. As long as you can get a pair of seats by either window, they have full flexibility to get up whenever they want and the arm rest is movable (unlike the bulkhead row). Another disadvantage of the bulkhead is that there is no foot cutout into J so your feet can't stretch under the seat in front of you when you are not in the bulkhead.
