This hotel has plenty of suites.
I am new to the SPG program, and was a little unsure of the rules which is part of the reason why I posted here. And yes to clarify when I called down to the front desk, there was no hesitation that I did indeed have lounge access. ^
Since I learned I had lounge access at the Sheraton Wall Center, I probably would have not started this thread, it was just the straw that broke the camels back sort of speak that made me frustrated with my first several SPG stays.
holtju2 - to comment about Hyatt program - I have been diamond now for almost 10 years and know the Hyatt program well. As with Starwood I agree that hotels can be vastly different, and often not entirely based upon price. With the Hyatt's I stay at , probably 3/4 of them if not more, have lounges. The ones that don''t are very generous with their breakfast coupons and usually let you order just about anything on the menu. I had presumed that SPG included breakfast/lounges in the same fashion and was shocked when I got my plat welcome kit and learned it was not the case.
Anyhow still looking for some suggestions or a thread of SPG properties that FT'er feel that really
give something special to Platinums as I am still trying out the SPG program.
