The hotel and staff itself were fine except completely understaffed for all the kids that stayed at this hotel both times I have stayed there. Overall my two stays at this hotel were the only negative stays I have had at any HHonors property and I have stayed at plenty.

No options for food at the manager's reception (all gone - immediately). Extraordinary LONG lines for breakfast - not like anything I have seen before at a ES.

I do not recommend this hotel.
