routing LHR - BKK - SYD is not allowed per the AP agent I spoke with. I was told that you must go via SIN as that is the only allowed routing via Europe. I was also told you must go via SIN to go via Asia as well.
Since going via SIN means going on SQ, which do not seem to have availability in J/F, the pax I was trying to help are buying J tickets instead. They've been checking since day 1 for flights in late October and there has not been a seat available thru YVR/SFO/LAX. Unbelievable
