Which website do you use/recommend for seat availability and also to check which is the best seat for a particular flight?

The other day I saw a post here (don't seem to find it again) where someone posted a seat map that had seats flagged with Infant... anyone knows which site is that? Nothing against kids but prefer to be as far away from them as possible on flights and knowing in advance where they may be seated would be really good.
