Thanks for the replies all....hubby and I mostly travel to Hawaii at off-peak periods (May, early December) but this year, we're looking at two trips during major peak times: Spring Break and mid-July, and the nonstops from LAX-OGG/KOA are running betwen $850-$1100. Fortunately, we have enough FF miles for saver tickets on both trips, so I'm thinking this is a pretty decent use of miles.
