You can use the
Farecompare Historical Graphs
Just enter depart city (LAX), Arrive city (HNL) and then chose the time period tab of 7 days, 14 days, 1, 6 months, 1 or 2 years.
It then shows you the lowest fare overall, but you can select the airline to see it as well.
Note: if you want to see a longer time period other than 2 years, then in the address bar just change the &back= amount to the number of days
