my personnel opinion that YUL/MTL is one of the worst airports in NA. and i have been to many.

as for connection time. you are going domestic to international, expect to WALK alot, unless you are lucky in terms of where you inbound plane lands. and of course there is no moving walkway. so while i am sure it is a legal connection, otherwise you would not get it ticketed, just hope that your inbound flights arrive ontime.
