Something I have also noted on long haul flights (767/777 without designated crew rest areas) is that the cc ask people in these seats to move and upgrade them where they can (this can then be used for crew rest). This has happened to me once (and I have seen in happen to others after boarding complete).

Am I imagining it? If I were them it is a good plan!
