No thanks, I have absolutely no desire to do business with the company. And, several FT posts have already helped me understand how this company operates. I am grateful that FT provides this forum where posters can share their experiences and knowledge regarding Points.com. It's already been far more useful, ironically, than the Points.com website/customer service itself. Points.com: it's a bigger rip-off than I had even first thought.
